Gangnam: Marley Coffee, 5ton Station

My friends and I met up again in Gangnam this time. We wanted to study a little before having dinner so we looked for a nice coffee shop. At that time we had no idea but the coffee shop we chose belonged to Bob Marley's son, Rohan Marley. He recently opened his first Korean coffee shop "Marley Coffee" in Gangnam - no wonder, there were so many balloons inside the café! Apparently they use some special high quality coffee beans from Jamaica called 'Blue Mountain'. I don't know but it didn't taste any different from all the other coffees out there for me. I'm just really horrible with coffee, they all taste pretty much the same to me.

I usually add hazelnut syrup in mine but they didn't have any syrup so I just had to ask for an iced chocolate. They didn't have a lot of options and every drink was way too expensive. I really do not recommend the place!

Oh, but this blueberry muffin was really really good! It was the best muffin I tried in Korea.

After studying for about an hour, we headed off to 5ton Station! 5ton Station is definitely one of Gangnam's hidden gems! I love that place so much, they have the best pizzas! It's really similar to a more well known Italian Restaurant in the area called Mies Container, but it's a little bit more cheap and I don't know it's got a better atmosphere. The waiters were very friendly, they gave us all a high five after checking if all of our meals were served right.
